Injection Mould Machine (IMM), is a bespoke design for manual operation delivering 650 psi. Designed and Built for disassembly, thus, component replacement is cost effective. A unique one-off machine, delivering a Volume Shot of up to 120cm^3. Featuring two PID Temperature Controllers, four 200 watt Band Heaters and a 1 Tonne Lifting Jack. The IMM transforms Plastic Granules to a molten state to which is then injected into Moulds.
